Parental authorization required for minor participants who participate under the responsibility of an accompanying person.
Musical warm-up
Corinne Tanguy, professional sport animator, specializing in gymnastics for adults, in mobility, and in muscular reinforcement, will wake up all participants with a musical warm-up just before the start.
