Aid stations

There will be aid stations along the course for runners of the 20 km Trophée Intermarché, the 10 km Trophée Run Aventure and the Granite Rose.

The same aid stations will be shared by the runners.
You can see the location of the aid stations on the map below.

Aid stations will have the following:
Keryvon (5 km) :
Water - raisins - exotic mix - prunes
Front de mer Landrellec (9.6 km) :
Water - Coca cola - Oasis - raisins - exotic mix - prunes - gingerbread
Aire Camping Car Trégastel (14.5 km) :
Water - Coca cola - Oasis - raisins - exotic mix - prunes - gingerbread
Aire Camping Car Ploumanac’h (17.2 km) :
Water
Finish :
Water - Coca cola - Oasis - raisins - exotic mix - prunes - gingerbread - cookies

Important NOTE: We will do our best to make sure all runners can replenish and refresh adequately at each aid station. Meanwhile depending on the temperature and humidity on the day of the event, we can not guarantee that the aid stations cater for the particular needs of every runner. We recommend that all runners who worry about their nutrition and hydration needs carry some of their favorite nutrition and energy drink (or water) on the course.
